12.16.07 | NY State Book Tour Jack will be signing, reading from "The Thorazine Mirrorball", and playing jazz in Upstate New York in February, 2008. The first stop will be on WAMC Public Radio's "Performance Place" on February 22 from 11;20 AM until noon. The Jack Maeby Organ Trio, with Judd Staley on guitar and Sadiq Abdu-Shahid on drums will play live in-studio. Next up is the Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza Albany at 7:00 PM on February 22, followed by a night of organ jazz by the Jack Maeby Organ Trio at nearby Provence restaurant. On February 23 at 1:00 PM, Jack will sign books at The Open Door bookstore at 128 Jay St. in Schenectady. At 6:00 PM, the trio will be at the Muddy Cup at Proctor's Theater in conjunction with Proctor's presentation of the Monterey Jazz Festival. On February 24, Jack will read and sign books at the Muddy Cup in Kingston, NY and the Jack Maeby Organ Trio will perform. See "Itinerary" for details.
